• Run-up and check spark and compression
• Visual check for leaks, dry rot, etc.
• Audio check with a master technician’s trained ear
• Rebuild fuel pump with diaphragm/check valve kit
• Rebuild/replace water pump
• Change gear lube with Mercury High-Performance Lube
• Replace fuel filter
• Replace spark plugs*
• Check carburetor, make minor adjustments**
• Check operation of oil injection/replace oil lines
• Check steering connections and movement
• Check shift and throttle cables, make minor adjustments if needed
• Check fluid levels and top off as required
• Grease engine fittings
• Clean out gear housing speedometer pickup, if applicable
