Run up and check over.

Compression Check

Spark Test
o
Visual Check: look for leaks, dry rot, etc…
o
Audio Check: master technician’s trained ear
Rebuild fuel pump with diaphragm / check valve kit
Rebuild water pump – replace with complete upper housing kit (impeller,
upper housing, gaskets)
Change gear lube
Replace fuel filters
Check operation of oil injection system
Check steering connections and movement
Check carburetor, make minor adjustments**
Check shift and throttle cables, make minor adjustments
Check fluid levels and top off as required
Grease engine fittings
Clean out gear housing speedometer pick up if applicable
Tighten hydraulic lines of Prestoline hydraulic pumps
Tighten battery leads, clean terminals
Pressure test gear housing seals.
(Additional charge for replacement of failed seals.)
